Sample lead time
Shape & Mold
For ready products in stock, we can provide samples in 24 hours, and they’re always free of charge. Also SHULOPAL R&D team provides free product design service for your customized trials and developments, our product design and engeneering team can deliver the design drawings within 72 hours.
Normally, the mold production time for pressed-molded and centrifugal-molded products is 20-30 days, while for hand-blown or handcrafted products, it is 10-20 days. Therefore, typically, we can provide samples of newly developed products within 4 weeks after the engineering drawings confirmed.
The production time for mass production, depending on different products and order quantities, usually takes 5 to 10 weeks to complete.
Decoration
For ready products in stock, we can provide samples in 24 hours, and they’re always free of charge. SHULOPAL decoration and graphic designers can finish the design work for customized development in 72 hours.
For newly designed decorative patterns, we need 1-2 weeks to complete the sample production, including shape adaptation, printing layout, color testing, acid/alkali resistance testing, usability testing, and other related processes. And mass production time usually in 8 weeks.
