Apply the decoration onto the surface of the products, very high decoration definition. After tempering with temperature over 600℃, The floral decoration will be very bright, never fading, and ever-lasting new.
Rim painting
Add a gold, silver or color rim on the products. Mostly made by hand. SHULOPAL has more than 20 skilled rim painting workers.
Solid Color Glass
Glass products colored from the raw material and as soon as it is shaped and manufactured, solid color and ever lasting new. More and more SHULOPAL's opal glass dinnerware, food contaienrs, oven dishes and drinkware are made with solid color.
Colour spray
Using low-temperature spray coating technology, a transparent or solid color is evenly sprayed onto the product's surface.
Non-stick crystal silicone glazing
Shading, iridescence, metallic effects, decoration of the external surface of the product. With this technique it is possible to completely colour an article and to choose a different colour inside and outside. For oven-dises and casseroles, special spraying techniques are used to make them non-stick.
Ceramic glazing
Increases color and gloss by applying a glasslike coating to the surface of the product.
Electroplating
The process of depositing a thin film of metal or alloy onto a glass or ceramic substrate using specific electrochemical or physical methods. Electroplating imparts a noble and elegant metallic texture to products, enhancing their aesthetic value.
Screen printing
Printed to the product surface directly. The plain items pass under several screens to receive the different paints and make up the complete decoration. The advantage of this process is that it is quick and the least expensive to produce. However, the decoration area is limited.
Frosting
An opaque effect of the externalsurface of the glass, obtained with acids.
Glass cutting
The “cut” decoration process consists of engraving a pattern on the article using a diamond grinding wheel. This process is carried out automatically on a machine.
With this process, several shapes are possible on the same article. This technique is meticulous and slow, ussually used on high-end items.
Laser engraving
Laser engraving is a manufacturing process that utilizes numerical control technology and a laser beam as the processing medium. The material being processed undergoes instantaneous melting and vaporization under laser irradiation, achieving the desired engraving result through physical transformation.
Mould engraving & texturing
Decoration on the mould, the pattern is seamlessly integrated with the product. expecially good for precise icons, logos and patterns.
