FAQ

What materials can your factory produce?

Our in-house factory specializes in manufacturing opal glass , borosilicate glass and other glass products. With the support of our robust supplier network, we also provide high-quality, cost-effective solutions for products made from plastic, silicone, stainless steel and bamboo/wood.

What production processes do you primarily use?

For glass products, we primarily use four production methods: press molding, centrifugal molding,  and blowing. Our engineers will guide you in selecting the most suitable process. For example:

  • Centrifugal molding: Most commonly used for tableware.
  • Press molding: Ideal for food containers, bakeware, casseroles.
  • IS molding: Preferred for opal bottles and jars.
  • Machine & hand Tube-blowing: for borosilicate cups, pots, and jars.

How can I customize my production?

We will first identify suitable production processes and materials based on your specific requirements. Customization options include:

  • Product Shape: Our industrial designers will transform your ideas into professional engineering drawings and 3D models.
  • Decoration:Choose from a wide range of options, including decal, rim tracing, spray coloring, electroplating, engraving, and more.
  • Packaging Design:We can develop attractive packaging solutions tailored to reflect your brand identity and needs.

Additionally, we offer flexible customization for:

  • Functional Features: Incorporate ergonomic handles, child-safe locks, or other functional enhancements.
  • Material Combinations: Combine materials such as glass with silicone lids or other complementary options.
  • Sustainability Options: Opt for environmentally friendly features such as recyclable materials and biodegradable packaging.

What is the MOQ for existing molds?

Minimum Order Quantities for our existing molds usually as follows:

  • Press molding: 6,000 units.
  •  Centrifugal molding: 3,600 units.
  • IS-blowing products: 3,600 units.
  • Hand-blown products: 2,400 units.

Note: Packaging materials also have MOQ requirements. For standard packaging, we recommend ordering at least 100 cartons to avoid extra packaging costs.
