The borosilicate glass food containers,bakeware, mixing bowls are made by press process. A molten glass gob falls onto the bottom mold of the press, and the punch above presses the glass block into the desired shape.
There are also 2 kinds of manufacturing processes for our opal glass jars and bottles, press-blow Process and blow-blow Process.
The tube glass processes typically involves two methods: manual blowing and mechanized production. And the glass tubes are produced in our own borosilicate plant.
