History and Milestones

Since the establishment of our opal glass manufacturing facility in 2004, SHULOPAL has spent more than two decades evolving into a globally renowned producer and supplier of premium opal glass products. Today, our products are proudly distributed across over 100 countries worldwide, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence.

Building on our extensive expertise in opal glass manufacturing, we ventured into the borosilicate glass industry in 2018. Through technological innovation and strategic market expansion, we have achieved remarkable success, solidifying our position as a key player in the global glass manufacturing landscape.

SHULOPAL's first opal glass production line

2004

Establishment of SHULOPAL ★

SHULOPAL was founded and successfully trial-produced opal glass products in Foshan, Guangdong, marking the beginning of its journey in the glass manufacturing industry.

2008

Milestone of 2 Million Units

Advanced centrifugal production line technology was introduced, enabling a monthly production capacity of 2 million units.

2012

Launch of Northern Opal Plant ★

The northern Opal Glass production base was completed and began operations, achieving a daily production capacity of 200,000 pieces.

2016

Establishment of Decal Printing Plant

A decal printing facility was established in Shenzhen, with a daily production capacity of 7,500 sheets. This improved the quality of decal products significantly.

2017

Acquisition of Ceramic Plant

SHULOPAL acquired a ceramics factory in Liling, Hunan, completing its renovation and initiating production within the same year.

2018

New Borosilicate Glass Plant ★

SHULOPAL officially entered into the borosilicate glass industry. Our Anhui borosilicate glass production base was completed, boasting a daily production capacity of 180,000 units.

2019

Tube Glass Facility Launched

The Anhui tubing glass processing plant commenced operations, achieving daily production of 105,000 machine-made products and 15,000 hand-blown products.

2020

Expansion of Northern Opal Plant ★

The northern Opal Glass production base underwent expansion, allowing for the simultaneous operation of 5 furnaces. This raised daily production capacity to 400,000 units. In the same year, a Materials Innovation Laboratory was established to drive R&D initiatives.

2022

Opal Glass Container Plant ★

Upgrade the old OPAL GLASS production line and relocate it to Huizhou, start producing opal glass boxes, jars and bottles.

2023

Guangzhou New R&D Centre ★

SHULOPAL’s product development and business center was relocated to Huangpu, Guangzhou. The team expanded to 76 dedicated professionals.

2025

Future Vision of Growth ★

Over the past two decades, we have achieved an impressive average annual growth rate of 28%. Today, our combined daily production capacity across all manufacturing facilities has reached 1.1 million units of opal glass and borosilicate glass products.
With continuous investments in product innovation and advanced technologies, we are well-equipped to sustain our growth trajectory and strengthen our position as a leader in the glass industry.
